No Toad. You had your chance to explain your side of the story, you wrote 4 different letters that you said you were going to read before the judge. Of course, you only did that to comfort yourself and troll on the forums.... However....

So the question is, why didn't you read those letters to the judge when you had your chance?

But the fact is, the judge blamed you, not her for withdrawing.

The judge BLAMED you for her wanting to leave your case and granted her request and he said he didn't blame her.

I WANT GOD DAM FRANKS HEARING. I WANT A RULING ON THAT MOTION TO SUPPRESS THAT WAS ISSUED LAST SEPTEMBER TO THE COURTS. I HAD NEITHER THE FRANKS HEARING (WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT) NOR HAVE WE HAD A HEARING ON THE MOTION TO SUPPRESS WHICH WAS FILED WITH THE COURTS ALMOST A YEAR AGO...IS FOR SURE A CONSITITUTIONAL VIOLATION.
