Yup. The Judge ruled on the issue and declared it all to be your fault that your public defender had to withdraw.

...Maybe I should report all their butts to the bar. After all they violated my rights to a Franks hearing and a motion to dismiss. I think that piece of crap McWard was also behind it as well, after all they continued to delay and delay claiming they were going to respond to the motion and then a week before the motion to suppress / Franks hearing was to be heard the public defender bailed...I think the whole thing was planned!

NOPE, it is her ethical obligation to tell the judge EVERYTHING when it comes to her withdraw. She didn't tell the judge that she received emails from a third party and therefore she violated lawyer's professional conduct canons.

Nope. The Judge ruled on the issue and declared it all to be your fault that your public defender had to withdraw.

You didn't appeal, therefore the ruling is final.

Obstruction of justice involves behaviors or actions that interfere in some way with the operation of the legal system or with law and order in the United States. It’s a crime on both the state and federal levels, and it can have serious consequences.

What is Obstruction of Justice?

According to a report prepared by the Congressional Research Service, “obstruction of justice is the impediment of government activities” or “the frustration of governmental purposes by violence, corruption, destruction of evidence, or deceit.”

In most cases, this crime involves one of the following:

Interfering with the ability of law enforcement officials to carry out arrests or investigate criminal activity

Interfering with some aspect of the judicial system, such as interfering with a jury or witness or otherwise taking any steps to prevent a fair trial

he informed me that he was going to go through discovery to see what they have. I just hope he reads the motion to suppress.
