Still requires his parents to do everything for him at age 58 No car and can't live on this own. Has no concept of things like paying a bill and even his account at Taylorville Credit Union is controlled by his father who is his legal and financial guardian. Jeremy and Michelle don't have these problems. Man, it's got to suck to be the worthless black sheep of the family

He's still too afraid to file a Motion to Compel so the judge will have to rule on the Motion to Return Evidence. If you do nothing, time will just pile up and you probably would lose the right to ask for it back. You said you had a lawyer, but you must have the slowest lawyer in history who is also afraid to file basic motions.  Still no 200 million lawsuit filed by Toad, as he just cries like a little girl who gets their barbie dolls taken away.
