I didn't. NOT UNTIL THE POLICE SHOWED IT TO ME AT THE POLICE STATION. No, I was aware of the site. It is THEIR JOB to investigate and corroborate the tip, including linking the IP to one of the computers. these police had no understand on how the internet worked.

You're outright lying now. The police interview proves it.

Nope sorry

You’re asking the wrong question—and ignoring the timeline.

The post went up on a Friday evening. I was arrested Saturday morning, less than 24 hours later. According to discovery, the FBI had already handed over documents to the police that morning. So even if I had called the police, it wouldn’t have changed anything—they had already made up their minds.

When I was being arrested, the officer said:

“That was the threat, that’s your name, therefore a reasonable person would believe you posted it.”

That’s not probable cause. That’s assumption dressed up as justification. The site didn’t require login credentials. It was known for impersonation. And posts continued in my name while I was in jail. That alone should have shattered their theory.

As for how I knew about the post: it was publicly visible and widely shared. I saw it through reposts and screenshots—not by accessing the site directly. The forensic analysis confirmed my IP never touched that site, and there was no VPN, no Tor, no anonymizing software on my devices. That’s not a lie. That’s digital fact.

So no, I wasn’t “caught.” I was targeted. And now the record shows it.

More AI nonsense and Toad is lying again... You've gotten really bad about the lying lately.

got proof show it. because according to the court documents that were in discovery I was never on that site. The threat was post on Friday March 16th, 2018, at 9:25 PM UTC and the FBI received the tip at 5:34 PM EST meaning the FBI received the tip 1 hour and 9 minutes after the post was made, which makes it very suspicious. The FBI went the next morning Saturday March 17th 2018 and coordinated with the police who visited my house repeatedly only to eventually find me at home later that afternoon - early evening and I was arrested. there was no investigation, and the tip was not corroborated before the arrest (WHICH IS REQUIRED!!!)

You corroborated it during your interview with the police by lying several times, and your past criminal history of making threats, which you signed a plea agreement for in 2010 admitting to it.
