THERE WAS NO HOMELAND SECURITY AFFIDAVIT!! If there is then it is one of the documents that being withheld by the state in violation of Brady v Maryland. I do know that there is documents missing from discovery, in fact the affidavit from the lawyer from hate and flame was one of them, but we eventually got it.

THEN IT WAS ONE OF THE FILES THE STATE IS WITHHOLDING....DUMBASS THE STATE IS WITHHOLDING A LOT OF DOCUMENTS IN VIOLATION OF BRADY V MARYLAND. LOOK THAT CASE UP SHIT STAIN

Not the state, your public defender withheld it and your current lawyer also will withhold it.

I guess you ask your current lawyer why.

Nope, the state withheld it. We asked for documents back in summer of 2023 and in September the state stated we had all the documents. then a year later they hand over 700 MB of documents on a CD, some of the information exonerated me of the original 2018 crime. There are still documents missing from those files.

No, Tiffany withheld from you like she did dozens of other documents as you were not entitled to see them. You are not allowed to see the child porn images you are charged with or victims names and other stuff.

How come you are not cooperating with your lawyer and still talking about the case?

I guess someone better contact him. Maybe like 8 days before a major hearing????
