I have been flying ultralight since the late 90's early 2000s. I was trained on a fix wing ultralight, I later got interested in flying planes and got my medical license for flying and started flying a Cessna 172M I few a few hours, ran out money due to the travel to get to the airport, it was a 47 min to an hour drive, not to mention the cost of the rent of the airplane, and cost of gas (aircraft gas). I decide to go back to flying ultralights and I bought a powered paraglider, then I bought another one (I have two powered paragliders)
unlike aircraft, Ultralights (including powered paragliding) do not need to be certified, OR licensed. If someone want to fly and don't want to spend up to 20K to get a license and up to 100K for a airplane, ultralights are the way to go.

No Toad. You don't fly ultralights or anything. You are not a pilot except in your mind. Your parents don't consider you to be a pilot or they would have trusted your judgement in buying that trike. The only proof in fact is you tried to "kite" once, failed, and made you did it dangerously close to children. You have no working equipment and no evidence it ever worked. The called ultralight plane you bought was rotted out and sold by your uncle as playground equipment. Again, your parents don't consider you a pilot. Neither does anyone else.
And being in your 50s, the fact your parents control your money and blocked you from buying that trike. In your 50s!!
And yes you are legally retarded. Your parents and your teachers in school declared you to be retarded and placed you in SWEP, and you had to be labeled legally retarded to be accepted in SWEP as it wound funded by the National Association of Retarded Citizens. Then add the court recognized your parents as your legal guardians, even in 2024. If they weren't your legal guardians, the judge would not have been allowed to address them directly, as proven by a live KiwiFarms reporter. You still live and depend on your parents at age 58.

that plane that was sold was a kit, the way and condition it was in is how I got it.
I few fixed wing ultralights at a private airport owned by a friend of mine. I have a number of hours in an ultralight. I do have working equipment I two power paraglider motor, one was used, the other was BRAND NEW. I also have a paraglider wing, which I can use to power paraglider or paraglide with.

You had a "student license" which requires nothing more than a basic medical exam. It's equal to a "learners permit" in driving. You've never flown a single powered-ultralight. YOU DON'T NEED A LICENSE YO FLY AN ULTRALIGHT. Read 103 of the FAA rules. there is no license requirement, no certification, or no medical exam
