### UPDATE
Emoji Support: UTF-8 character handling is enabled across inputs, chat logs, and rendering, allowing full emoji support in chat messages and room names.
Public & Private Room Creation: Users can create rooms on the fly with a designated name and type (public vs. private).
PIN Protection for Private Rooms: Private rooms store an encrypted or hashed PIN in rooms.json. Access is restricted until the user enters the matching key.
Users can set the rules of their private boards
Admin Management: The admin.php control panel tracks room types, displays active public and private spaces, and allows room deletion or new room creation directly from the interface.
Users can post pictures in any board.
