She wouldn't even let him buy a trike because she said it was "unsafe" for him.....
Toad later changed his story and said it was because it was a foreign trike...
Then he said Mommy gave him permission to buy another sex doll
But Toad doesn't get it... The fact that Mommy can tell him what to buy or not means he is under their legal guardianship and are his representative payees for his mental disabilities (mental retardation and hemophilia)
It's not going to matter, his Mommy is going to die soon, they have a "prayer chain" set up for her at church according to Facebook.
