I remember getting one when I was 12.
How much of an allowance does Mommy give you each week from your disability checks that they are the representative payees for?
And don't lie and you aren't on disability, your social security number proves others (I'll post it if you like)

We already know your parents do, if you wouldn't have qualified for the exemption for the ham radio license at the time, which was the criteria (you had to be legally disabled). Going off your social security number, I also know you receive both Medicare and Medicaid for your multiple disabilities...
You didn't answer how much of an allowance does your Mommy give you each week at age 57???
I hope to be getting a list of your prescriptions soon also since I have your DOB and Social Security Number.
