That is what the FBI found on the second warrant, a warrant that wasn't valid because 1. the original warrant they allowed them to search the computer had been quashed and 2. they waited 2 years to get the second warrant. Anything over 31 days is considered unreasonable and unconstitutional. The only image they can go after me for is the computer-generated image. they can't really go after me for that either because 1 it was found on a quashed warrant 2. even if the warrant wasn't quashed it was a general warrant 3. they waited too long to execute it. The warrant was issued on March 21st, but they didn't execute it until April 23. which is 34 days again anything over 31 days is considered unreasonable and unconstitutional.

No, the FBI found it in the first warrant before the 2nd warrant was issued. Thanks to you for uploading the confidential information. Does your lawyer know you are doing this?
By the way, which your lawyer at the time in 2018 and you consented to the search continuing as the judge explained to you.

Nope, according to another FBI document it was computer generated. it was being relayed as child porn, computer generated images according to the US Supreme Court cannot be defined as child porn. Child porn must be a real child meaning it has been identified as a real child. The first image which was computer generated was an image of a young boy. The Mdew image which was found under the second warrant was a female, who is over the age of 18 now.

BTW the images the deputy chief of police was claiming that I was suspected of downloading as child porn was cartoons. which the US Supreme court has flat out said can never be consider child porn. Because cartoon images aren't real people.

It states that she's 15 years old but another document in discovery has her birthday and she is actually 18 years old. It also claim it a series which is not true, it was one image.

The image described in the OP was found on the second warrant. New evidence that was released a year ago showed it was computer generated. This new evidence wasn't originally in discovery and was being withheld.

well thought so...they can't prove that there was consent, because there was none. When the FBI got the second warrant 2 years later the agent stated:
"The Daugherty Devices are currently in the lawful possession of the FBI. The devices came into the FBI's possession in the following way: on March 21, 2018, the Taylorville Police Department seized the Daugherty Devices from Todd Eugene Daugherty based on a state search warrant related to threats of a mass shooting against Memorial Elementary School in Taylorville, Illinois made by Daugherty. The search warrant authorized the search and seizure of any and all computers, as defined in 720 ILCS 5/16D-2."

No evidence of what you are saying and you keep changing your story. The FBI found 1,000s of virtual child porn images on top of the real child porn images.
And we know you consented to the search through your lawyer in April 2018 and continued consent until March 17, 2021 by your own postings never once asking for the computers back because you thought you weren't allowed to. Do you remember me taunting about that? I'm sure you do.
Your lawyer isn't even contesting that child porn. There is no such thing as "holding back"
