Well, there is an issue with banning someone from the internet like that, the courts must weigh in first amendment issues, before doing that and they did not.

Plus you too slow to know that Scott Sabin was only your lawyer for the criminal charge. Filing a civil action would require a different lawyer or pro-bono. And we know someone who was labeled as retarded by teachers in grade school... it isn't going to happen
