The motion to suppress was filed on September 10, 2024, and you gave the state how many months to response to the motion??
well, On October 1 the state claimed they need more time, and you gave them till November 19th. They then proceed that they needed more time going to January 7th, 2025, which again the state asked for more time to February 11th, 2025. Then the state did this:

they objected to the motion to suppress. then you claim in court that they aren't required to response to the motion.
SO BASICALLY, this is telling me that you're a fucking moron who wasted my time when this shit could have been resolved last year or at the beginning of the year. But hey that's OK I will be using this in my lawsuit against the state. 50 MILLION DOLLARS MOTHERFUCKER!!

Seriously We filed the Motion to dismiss in September of 2024, and the state asked three or four times for more time to respond and then when I went to court the last time and the judge says, "The state doesn't have to file a respond" SO THE COURT AND STATE WASTED MY TIME.
QUETION BETWEEN THE STATE ATTORNEY AND THE JUDGE, WHICH ONE IS THE BUTCH AND WHICH ONE IS THE BITCH??

And for the third time, your attorney stipulated to all of them and didn't object once. You had no say in the matter because only Tiffany's voice is heard in court, not yours.
If anything, you should be pissed off at your ex-public defender for not objecting to the State's delays.
I hope you do better with your new attorney. Are they local or out of Springfield or Peoria. And please refrain from asking which dick they are sucking at the police department.
Well, the State Attorney and the Judge both belong to the same shooting club in the area. I'm sure while they are hunting, they are discussing you "off the record".
