he informed me that he was going to go through discovery to see what they have. I just hope he reads the motion to suppress.

You're interfering with a court case also known as obstructing justice which is a felony.

 Nope. The Judge ruled on the issue and declared it all to be your fault that your public defender had to withdraw.

You didn't appeal, therefore the ruling is final.

NOPE, it is her ethical obligation to tell the judge EVERYTHING when it comes to her withdraw. She didn't tell the judge that she received emails from a third party and therefore she violated lawyer's professional conduct canons.

...Maybe I should report all their butts to the bar. After all they violated my rights to a Franks hearing and a motion to dismiss. I think that piece of crap McWard was also behind it as well, after all they continued to delay and delay claiming they were going to respond to the motion and then a week before the motion to suppress / Franks hearing was to be heard the public defender bailed...I think the whole thing was planned!
