It not only shows the justice system is broke, but also a betrayal of constitutional safeguards. The Fourth Amendment isn’t optional. Neither is due process. If the system won’t even entertain the mechanisms designed to check abuse, then what’s left? Rubber-stamped warrants? Arrests based on anonymous tips and recycled images? That’s not justice.
