Something to think about
#1
When the FBI got my computers along with that general warrant, they were supposed to be looking for a threat against a school (although the warrant didn't have a particularity and was a general warrant) but instead they found a computer-generated image and instead of setting it aside to get a warrant for it and continue the search in regards to the threat, THEY COMPLETELY STOPPED THE SEARCH. The federal courts have stated that they are to set aside something they found that wasn't within the scope of the warrant to get a warrant for it, but to continue the original search, the FBI in this case didn't even do it because they didn't know what they were supposed to be looking for.

They were looking for something which according to them at the time had a valid warrant to search and seize (although we know now that it was General Warrant) While rummage through the computer because again they had a general warrant, they find something else and stop the search completely to get a new warrant for the new thing they found, stopping any search on the material they were supposed to look for.
