You do realize this right?

That once your new attorney finds out you are discussing the case, they will tell you to immediately stop doing it and if you continue, they can drop you as a client and still charge your father a lot of money, then your father will have to pay more money on the next lawyer and so forth....

And they will find out, I'm sure someone will tell them. Like a week before a major hearing. You don't ever learn, do you?

Do you I have a thing called FREE SPEECH? Just because I've been accused of a crime doesn't mean I lose my FREE SPEECH

And your FREE SPEECH has cost you your public defender, your parents a high amount of money, and even has put you in jail.

And yes, your attorney can tell you to stop talking about the case and decline to defend you if you don't follow legal advice.

I guess your new attorney backed out and decided you were undefendable.

You know email someone attorney, when you're not part of the case is consider interference and cause the case to be dismissed completely.

NO TOAD.  The actions of a third party have no impact for a case to be dismissed, because if it would, many criminals would have "third parties" interfering.

But doesn't matter, the judge declared it your fault when the public defender withdrew due to you calling her basically a whore for the police and posting all kinds of confidential information about the case.

If you had only kept your mouth shut and your anger under control.

And you posting her confidential email address, that was pretty stupid on your part also.

Attebury could declare you unfit to stand trial if you don't get your shit together next month and put you into a psych ward for a lengthy examination to make a final determination. Go check out Daniel Larson on Kiwifarms and Martin Lindstedt from Nimbusters for examples.

Then you should be thanking us for helping you out.

Because the judge was never told that there was a third party interfering with the case.
