You never filed any paperwork to get your computers back nor did you ask for them back legally. You were even shown the documentation to file and you never did.

Nope, nowhere in the court documents including the court transcript does it state that they could continue to hold onto the computers. The state was allowed to continue their investigation, but they didn't have ANYTHING to link me to the threat. As I stated before they did have evidence that I was NOWHERE ON THAT WEBSITE this was confirmed from the internet logs they got on March 29th from the Hate and Flame website hosting provider. The computer was asked to be returned weeks after charges were dismissed, there are records to prove it. we have ALL the documents to prove what we are saying is true.

AGAIN, They received an anonymous tip about a threat that they never CORROBORATED. THE US SUPREME COURT HAS STATED REPEATEDLY THAT ANONYMOUS TIPS MUST BE CORROBATED WITH AN INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION BY THE POLICE. The police OR the FBI NEVER did that. THEY DIDN'T HAVE PROBABLE CAUSE!!
