Tuesday - A what might happen
#1
Tuesday is the big day, and these are the various things that might happen:

1. The state flat out dismisses the whole thing.

2. The judge sets the thing for a hearing (Frank Hearing) to determine the motion to suppress.

3. The judge grants the motion to suppress, and the thing gets thrown out.

4. Judge denies motion to suppress (which I then will appeal)

01/07/2025 ASA LD; DEFENDANT WITH PD SENGER; B/A, STATE GIVEN AN ADDITIONAL 30-DAYS TO FILE A RESPONSE TO THE MOTION TO SUPPRESS; FURTHER STATUS HEARING ON FEBRUARY 11, 2025, AT 8:30 A.M.

I'm pissed off for the continuous delay, but what really pisses me off is the fact the state is trying to defend a GENERAL WARRANT! SOMETHING THAT IS FUCKING ILLEGAL!!! IT SHOWS HOW FUCKING ARROGANT ILLINOIS REALLY IS!!
