There was no consent to search as you claim and there is NO documents to back your claim. The state had the right to continue the investigation, however, with all the evidence they had (more than what you think) they knew I didn't do it and there was no evidence that showed that I did at all.

The police did no investigation, they assumed that well that's a threat, that your name therefore you did it. The tip they received from the FBI was from an anonymous informant who information was corroborated by the police. Information from an anonymous informant MUST BE CORROBORATED. The police nor the FBI corroborated it. The search and seizure were illegal, and the arrest was illegal.

1. The FBI wasn't in that case back 2010, that was a state case that dealt with a start law of harassment via electronic device. A law BTW that later repealed.

No where am I threatening him. It is NOT ILLEGAL to state you are going to sue a public official who violates your rights, if you think it is, then you are so wrong, the courts including federal has stated it is perfectly LEGAL. Throwing someone in jail for stating that they are going to sue someone, is also very illegal. If stating, you're going to sue a public official then 42 USC 1983 would be a useless law. 42 USC 1983 (formally known as the KKK Act of 1870) allows individuals to sue public officials who violate civil and constitutional rights. Throwing someone in jail for that post clearly shows that they are trying to squelch anyone from using that law and shows that they are clearing violating it.  As for the school threat it can be prove beyond a reasonable doubt that I did post that comment.
