Then what's that make you? I don't see you actually commenting on it. Instead you post gif and off topic bullshit.

Because it's been commented on 100s of times before.

Are your legal guardians/representative payees/parents saving money for the next time you are arrested to post bail, which should be 2026 according to schedule.

yeah, let's see your bullshit comment ...

Quote:"Doesn't matter, you consented to the search and investigation in that hearing. But it wasn't a general warrant, it was very specific in what they were looking for. And the hearing said the search could continue... Remember, it was you who said they had three years to keep investigating your computers."

There was NO CONSENT the searched the computers in the hearing or otherwise. the search was based on a search warrant ... a search warrant that was QUASHED! either: 1. they didn't give a shit that the warrant was quashed or 2. no one told them that the warrant had been quashed. BTW that why they keep telling us that they first had 30 days then they claimed they had 3 years, because they were under impression that the warrant was valid. EVEN if the warrant was valid (which it wasn't) there is still the issue of it being a GENERAL WARRANT. It's a general warrant because they did not state what they were seizing or the crime.

One more thing:

"You also forget that your threat to that school was an immanent threat."

actually, no it wasn't for two reasons 1. the threat was posted on a Friday that gave them plenty of time to investigate and corroborate the anonymous informants claim, (they had the whole weekend) BUT THEY DIDN'T. 2. The threat was made on March 16th, the search warrant for the computers wasn't issued until the March 21st - five days after the threat. It had also come to their attention that between my arrest (March 17th) up to March 20th that more post including threats were being made on that same website, while I sat in jail. So, they lost probable cause to get a search warrant for the computers. not only did they lose probable cause for those computers, but they also lost probable cause to have me in jail for a threat against a school. The site required NO LOGIN allowing ANYONE to be anyone on that site.

If the police want to go after people for internet crime, NOW HOW THE FUCKING INTERNET WORKS FIRST.

And all kinds of school activities happen on Friday afternoon and nights...

Immanent threat and probable cause. But doesn't matter because you consented to the computer searches when you got released in April 2018.

Those teens on that youtube video are heroes. Because of them, we know for certain you are a pedophile who downloads child pornography.

Maybe if you didn't lie to the police and continue to make threats on Twitter, who knows..... Oh well, you know it all.
