I, Todd E. Daugherty, hereby declare my unequivocal intent to contest all charges and allegations brought against me in connection with Case 2022-CF-196 and any related proceedings. I will not accept any plea agreement, diversionary offer, or negotiated settlement that compromises the truth or legitimizes prosecutorial misconduct.
This case has persisted for over eight years despite the following facts:

• The original charges were formally dismissed by the State’s Attorney in 2018.
  
• The arrest warrant was quashed by judicial order.
  
• Forensic analysis confirmed the image in question was computer-generated, not real.
  
• The continued investigation and prosecution are based on false premises, misinterpretation of legal records, and a refusal to acknowledge documented evidence.
  

I assert that the State’s ongoing actions constitute a violation of my Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights, and I am prepared to pursue this matter through every available legal channel, including the United States Supreme Court, if necessary.
This is not merely a defense—it is a demand for accountability. I will not be coerced, silenced, or compromised. I will pursue justice until the truth is recognized, and the record is corrected.
