Toad tried to file a criminal complaint against 95 pound Laura Zuhone for harassment, police laughed at him and threw him out of the police after Toad started to cry and shout. Of course, even if she type what was written, it was not a threat
Toad threatened to file a 10 million lawsuit (now up to 200 million) against the police department, and 18 years later the police are still waiting for the lawsuit.

If it were legal, I would shoot Toad but since I am a law abiding citizen, I have to wait until the laws change and watch youtube videos like this.
