1 count but they found 12 images, an entire series based on a guy wearing Mountain Dew pajamas

Maybe the feds are holding back on purpose like they do for other crimes or wishful thinking that you'll get arrested on the courthouse steps and charged federally.... With a new Trump appointed AUSA...
