THERE WAS NO HOMELAND SECURITY AFFIDAVIT!! If there is then it is one of the documents that being withheld by the state in violation of Brady v Maryland. I do know that there is documents missing from discovery, in fact the affidavit from the lawyer from hate and flame was one of them, but we eventually got it.
