1. No threats were made by me.
   The alleged threat was posted by someone else impersonating me online. The website’s service provider submitted a sworn affidavit confirming that I never posted on the site. The FBI acted on a bogus report.
   
2. The FBI seized my computer using a warrant that was later quashed.
   The charges were dismissed, and the warrant was declared invalid. That means any search conducted afterward was unconstitutional.
   
3. The threats were dismissed because they were fabricated.
   I spent 32 days in jail for something I didn’t do. The State admitted they had no probable cause.
   
4. The FBI searched my computer after the warrant was void.
