So you can't use "future events", only what was presented on March 19, 2018....

Incorrect. If later evidence reveals that the affidavit was based on falsehoods, omissions, or misidentification, it can retroactively invalidate the original probable cause, and courts and have routinely allow defendants to challenge the veracity of warrant affidavits using newly discovered evidence.
