Who is N9OGL Todd Daugherty (a convicted crimnal for one thing)
#3
Some key notes:

Quote:In 2009, Todd Daugherty solicited the murder of a Pennsylvania amateur, just as he threatened a 10 year old boy, members of the FBI, and the Special Counsel of the FCC. Todd is simply 'not all there.' Todd lives with his parents at 800 W. Main Cross, Taylorville, IL,

First the ONLY person who gives a shit about this is YOU. Because ONLY you seem to care about something that happened in early 2000's (NOT 2009 as you claim). Secondly, I never threatened a ten-year-old boy. you need to go back and learn what a threat is, because there was no threat.

Quote:The federal prison in Pekin, IL is located about 94 miles, and one more death threat from Daugherty's present location.

REAL BRIAN, YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE...BRING IT ON, BTW I SURE A FUCKING COURT OF LAW, WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY YOUR PROVOKING IT, AFTER ALL YOU SICK FUCKING PSYCHOPATH, I SURE THEY WILL WANT TO KNOW WHY YOU CONTINUE TO HARASS ME

Don't know what that has to do with my location but OK...But again, you need to learn what a threat is. here I will help with you out a little "a threat is narrow form of unprotected speech; it must be based on a subjective standard with a mens rea." (Elonis v United States 2015 US Supreme Court) (Counterman v Colorado 2023 US Supreme Court)

Quote:Todd Daugherty hosted the OMEGA ONE RADIO SHOW on 13.556 mHz. He received two Warning Letters from the FCC about his show. HEY STUPID OMEGA ONE WAS THE NAME OF THE RADIO STATION, NO WONDER RILEY DIDN'T DO SHIT ABOUT IT!! BWAHAHAHAHA BTW, THE FCC ISN'T GOING TO HELP YOU, YOUR ON YOUR FUCKING OWN, SO YOU BETTER KEEP THE FUCKING LIGHTS ON AT NIGHT.

The FCC sent a list of questions about the power levels he used to transmit his show. Daugherty claimed he was heard around the country, which would be quite a feat, without sunspots, operating into a zero gain antenna, using a legal transmitter, emitting only a few milliwatts of power.

Again your talking about something that happened 18 years ago. Secondly there was a little solar cycle. you don't have a band completely open to be heard. BTW people who hear me on the east coast said I was here, but I was down in the noise. So, they heard me, but not very good. What gets me is the fact that Riley Hollingsworth claimed the field emissions should have been 30 microvolts per meter at 3 meters. when under the FCC own rule Part 15.225 states the field emission for 13.556MHz. is 15,848 microvolts per meter at a distance of 30 meters. A lot more than what Riley claimed. In fact, I had a company email me who makes FCC type accepted devices stated that they even wrote Riley telling him he was wrong. I don't know what you mean by "legal transmitter" because under part 15 a person can make up to 10 transmitters for their own personal use without the devices to certified by the FCC. Part 15 has always been rules for hobbies who want to experiment, so the FCC allows under Part 15 the ability of these hobbies and experimenters to build devices without certification. That by is Part 15.23 (47 CFR 15.23)

Quote:On the internet, Daugherty claimed he was running well above the legal limit for a part 15 station. In fact, he claimed he had an illegal FM station, an illegal CB station, and an illegal SW station. (All of the power levels he claimed on the internet, were well in excess of permissible levels).

Claiming something online doesn't mean it true. They still have to have "probable cause" and in doing so the FCC has to investigate, they can't base it just on a claim. That's why they have field agents. In fact, I even told the FCC they were more than welcome to come see Omega One Radio, but they never did. Again, why am I trying to debate something that happened 18 years ago.

Quote:Note: They considered your waivers and rejected them.

No, they didn't, they return my application, that is not rejection. A rejection MUST give a rational reason either technical or regulatorily why the application was rejected. After it is rejection for one of those reasons then the applicant then can appeal that rejection to the full commission and or the US Court of Appeal, who as jurisdiction over FCC matters. Applications for a license that are returned cannot do that; in fact, there has been a court case over that.

As the rest of this GARBAGE, I not going to hash over something that was 18 years ago. like I said only YOU care about it.
