Because none of those 5 things you mentioned are not true plus you consented to the search continuing in April 2018. That's why the warrant was quashed as they needed to no longer seize any more computer devices. Did you notice the judge never ordered the items to be returned to you, and you didn't ask until at least 2021.

Nope it is true, and it can be proven by documents from the police, the FBI and the state. The documents are from NOTHING I have said. they are documents that come from discovery which both me, my lawyer and the state has.

Nope there is no document that states that. The judge allowed the state to continue investigating it, however by that time, they had enough to show that I didn't do it. BTW the state attorney at the time had evidence that my lawyer back then didn't even know he had, let alone the judge. he left a lot of information out. The state was well aware that my IP was not on that threat, and they were also aware of stuff that wasn't mentioned in the 2018 case.

No, the motion doesn't state that, if that was case, they would have stated that. when it says Any warrant previously issued is hereby quashed, it means the warrants are quashed and anything seized by them can no longer be searched legally. If they are search it becomes a warrantless search and the US Supreme Court in Riley v California ruled a warrantless search of electronic devices is unconstitutional.
