Still no word on PC's
#1
Eight years ago, on March 18, 2018, my home was entered and my life’s work was seized under a warrant that the court has now ruled was handled with "No Lawful Authority." On February 10, 2026, the Honorable Court found that the FBI and state authorities acted in "Clear Violation" of my 4th Amendment rights. Specifically, the Court found that these agencies acted in "Bad Faith" by retaining and searching my private property seven days after all warrants had been quashed and the original case dismissed.

Current Status of Property

As of today, March 24, 2026:
  • The 30-day window for the State to appeal the Judge’s ruling has expired.
  • The Court’s finding of Government Misconduct is now final law.
  • Despite a Motion for Return of Evidence filed on February 23, the ISP and FBI remain in unlawful possession of 15 computers and devices along with decades of intellectual property.
Moving Forward

My legal team is currently moving to compel the immediate return of this hardware. Be advised:

  1. Ongoing Damages: Every day the government defies the court order to return my property adds to the "Loss of Use" damages in my upcoming civil rights litigation.
  2. Evidence Preservation: Any tampering, "wiping," or hardware swaps involving these 15 machines—including the high-end components and licensed software—will be treated as Spoliation of Evidence in a federal court of law.
I want to thank those who stood by the truth. To those who spent eight years speculating: the court has spoken. The government didn't just lose; they were found to have operated outside the law.
