Understanding a Motion to Compel
A motion to compel is a formal request to a court asking it to order a party to provide information, documents, or testimony that they have failed to give during the discovery process in a lawsuit. There is NO lawsuit, there is court case. there is no discovery...a motion to compel does not apply
