Cartoon images are not illegal. prove me wrong ... BTW it up to a COURT to determine what is obscene or not ... not some pissant internet service provider. Finally, Section 230 of the communication Act protects them from liability, in fact the courts has made the protection so broad it not even funny. There was NO REALISTIC IMAGES WHEN I HOSTED MY SITE, IT WAS ANIME IMAGES. Cartoons are not considered realistic.
