those screenshot that you have, have nothing to do with the case or the motion to dismiss. The screenshot from hate and flame was the threat, which my IP was not attached too, and Near Free Speech the ISP who hosted Hate and Flame own lawyer even stated and it in the record that my IP had not been on that site at all. The video doesn't mean shit. the issue is the police not doing their job and investigating it properly. As well not following proper procedures when investigating.
