Your motion to dismiss is going to get denied, Tiffany already has told you the DA is working on that happening, the case will go to trial and you will be found guilty and sentenced to the absolute maximum sentence possible. Tiffany will be urging you to accept a plea deal for you to avoid a decade in prison.
I don't know where the real shit came from, as for the virtual and cartoon stuff that shit is legal. O'Sullivan stated in his report that he found a computer-generated image, which at that time he stopped so they could another warrant, which they got two years later. The second warrant is invalid because they waited too long to get the second warrant, so anything they found with that warrant they can't use. That why they are only going after me for one image (the computer-generated image) because that was what they found under the first warrant. the image in that state report (which you keep post) was found under the second warrant which can't be used because that warrant is invalid because like I said they took too long to get it. (if you actually read and understand the Motion to dismiss, you would see that is one of the arguments we are make).
If the motion to dismiss get denied they will automatically appeal it right, then and there. Tiffany didn't tell me shit, they state need another delay because they're trying to find a loophole to get out of this mess. I already I'm not taking plea deals because they (the state and police) FUCKED UP and they know, and I AM GOING TO SUE THE FUCKERS, BELIEVE ME
