The "Frank hearing" is set April 24 on April 8th the State attorney and my lawyer is to meet with judge to hash some things out, one of the issues and I posted this on another thread was the state has a different view of "any warrants previous issued are hereby quashed" which they will discuss as well as other things. I am also to meet with the lawyer to go over a few things as well. it is set for April 24 because in frank hearings you can call witnesses. So it wasn't another delay as you claimed. And the frank hearing is an all-day event.
