So explain the following.... I know the answers but want to hear them from you.

1. Why did you lie to cops about not knowing anything about school shootings when your own twitter postings showed that you did?

2. Why did you lie to the cops about being asleep when the threat to the school was made, as they pointed out by your own twitter postings at roughly the same time, and you changed your story?

3. Why do you lie about never having visited hateandflame/nimbusters when you snapshoted the site 100s of time and responded both on twitter, twitch, and your own shitty forums???

4. Why did you threaten to visit Twitter headquarters and threaten them even after you threatened the school???

5. You threatened to shoot a child at soccer practice over getting banned on echolink. The FBI visited you over it.

6. You threatened to blow up your local cable/phone company with a pipe bomb. Not only did you plead guilty and admitted it, but you were also banned from their property for threatening to blow them up

7. You were banned from your local library for downloading child porn and then had the cops called on you?

8. Why did you get violent at your probation officer??

9. Why did you threaten to kill Riley Hollingsworth? Rape Laura Smith???

10. Why did you threaten Lisa Magadan??

No, I didn't; show me. I didn't know about the threat until Saturday March 17th. I got up and checked the web and that when I saw it. I didn't tell the cops because it wouldn't have mattered because the FBI had already visited the police with the information, and I would be arrest anyway because the police don't know shit about how the internet works and it would have played out the way it did. Like I told the police Saturday Night (March 17th) at the station they wouldn't done shit, except what they did.

explain to me why my IP address wasn't on that site. BTW I don't use TOR or proxies, if I did this site wouldn't be sitting on my IP address. Some people wake up from sleeping a quickly post something on twitter and then go back to sleep. Before you say no, they don't YEAH, THEY DO! I know a lot of people that do it. I NEVER POSTED ON HATE AND FLAME, EVER!! UNLESS YOU HAVE EVIDENCE TO PROVE OTHERWISE SHUT THE FUCK UP! People were being told I was on there, but that lie.

Apparently, you're one of these dumb motherfuckers that don't know how the internet works. You don't have to post or even login to view a site. there are sites out there where you don't have to post or login to view a website. are you really that fucking stupid to not know how the fucking internet works??

I never claimed to visit twitter HQ I did make a vague statement, which apparently you perceived it to be a threat, when in fact it wasn't. before you go around claiming someone made a threat, you better understand what a threat is and understand the court cases that apply like Elonis v United States (2015) and Counterman v Colorado (2023) BOTH are US Supreme Court cases. I would also suggest Watts v United States (1969) R.A.V. V City of St. Paul (1992) (both are also US Supreme Court cases) there at least a few more I could suggest to you.

Why are you bringing up shit that happened 17 to 20 years ago...no one except you gives a shit. it shows how narrow minded and petty you are.

Anime is not child pornography if it was NETFLIX, CRUNCHYROLL, HULU, DISNEY+ AND BUNCH OTHER WEBSITES would be facing jail time. The US Supreme court has even stated repeatedly that cartoons (that includes Anime) doesn't and cannot fall into the category of Child pornography. Finally, if the Taylorville library is receiving ANY federal funds, then they are required under federal law to have filters. They DO get federal funds, and they do not have filters, in violation of federal law.

8. Why did you get violent at your probation officer??

Again, you bring up something that happened years ago, but I'll answer I didn't get violent I got pissed off because her claims were, I was on the internet because 1. a post on Nim busters (later called Hate and Flame) The post wasn't by me, it was about me. She also points to my Facebook account, an account that was already on there before my probation. again, there were comment link to me, about me but were not by me. If don't believe me, I show you information, I'll have to dig it out, but I have a copy of the complaint and the shit she based her claim on. NO WHERE DID THE JUDGE TELL ME TO TAKE DOWN MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT. So, it sat there, and other people were posting on my timeline, and she believed it was me. She's like you a DUMB BITCH! WHO DON'T KNOW HOW THE INTERNET WORKS.

It's because you did it. Otherwise, you wouldn't have lied.

3. Toad is confused. He visited the site 2,271 times using his IP and countless other times using proxies and tor. The amount of times Toad posted on the forum is unknown. H&F didn't keep those stats. No where does it state that he never visited the site.

4. You threatened Twitter employees after posting the threat to the school by threatening to visit them. That is called collaboration of evidence along with your past threats, and prior convictions. Be lucky Twitter didn't press charges.




5. 6. Because what you did in your 40s reflects on your behavior... remember, your threat to shoot up the school was a "long time ago"

8. The court record says otherwise and the Honorable Judge Ron Spears said otherwise. Plus you admitted it in court on your plea bargain agreement. Judge Ron Spears is an honorary Nimbusters for giving you the maximum fine in your 2010 criminal conviction and in 2012 for your conviction of violating Spear's terms of your probation.

9. 10. See #5 and #6 plus the judge in 2022 gave you a high bail because of your past behaviors and criminal convictions.

Speaking of which, how come you didn't know in 2018 that it was a so called general warrant (it wasn't of course). I told you to hire a lawyer and because you KNOW IT ALL, you never did.....

BTW like I said I didn't know about the threat until Saturday March 17th. I got up and checked the web and that when I saw it. The threat was posted on March 16th (Friday night) (according to court documents) The FBI (according to court documents) called the police down Saturday morning and came down later that Saturday so like I said the police already knew about it from the FBI, so it wouldn't have mattered I still would been arrested because the police didn't want to do their job and investigate it. I was arrested that Saturday March 17th just hours after the FBI had communicated with the police. So, it didn't matter. According to court document the police after talking to the FBI had already made up their mind to arrest me. Telling the FBI that the state had a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to threats against school and that they were told to arrest people who do that.
