1. He admits he was learning disabled when he got exempted from the morse requirement for a general license at the time. he said the other local hams were upset about Toad being exempt from the morse requirement.
2. He admits he was going to sue the FCC under the Americans with Disability Act for mental disability.
3. He admits he has a spelling, grammar, and math disability.
4. He posting history before spell checks and grammar indicates all of #3 along with dyslexia.
5. We know for a fact he was in special education for mental retardation and emotion problems. You had to be diagnosed as such in order to be in SWEP in high school.
6. And he is very very emotional for a male, never happy, always complaining, even though his parents provide every need including a maid to clean up that new room that Toad lives in.
This would explain why he never had a job career, always had to rely on his parents, never owned any real property, never owned a vehicle in his name, always in his father's name.
Compared to his brother, father, mother, and grandparents, Todd is a complete fail in very sense of the word.
And a good thing he is a genetic dead end, nature has a way of getting rid of shit.
