Cartoon images are not illegal. prove me wrong ... BTW it up to a COURT to determine what is obscene or not ... not some pissant internet service provider. Finally, Section 230 of the communication Act protects them from liability, in fact the courts has made the protection so broad it not even funny. I know what you're going to say TOS (terms of service) the problem with TOS is terms of service were created to protect internet service provider and website host from liability from their users (this dates all the way back to BBS days). Section 230 (which is a FEDERAL LAW) automatically PROTECTS THEM FROM LIABALITY FROM THIRD PARTY AND THEIR USERS. They are protected under federal law.
