Motion for filing
#1
Todd Daugherty, the gift that keeps on giving. Thought you said you didn't know where those images came from? Forensics say otherwise and you had them on several drives saved.  Thanks for the new files.

No matter, your never going to get them back, nor will you file any motions to actions to get them back.  That will Motion to Return will just rot for centuries if you don't file a Motion to compel (or a motion for the judge to act or a motion to get the DA to respond).

Understanding a Motion to Compel

A motion to compel is a formal request to a court asking it to order a party to provide information, documents, or testimony that they have failed to give during the discovery process in a lawsuit. It is one of the most common tools used in the pre-trial phase to ensure that all parties have access to the relevant facts and evidence needed to present their case fairly.

There is NO lawsuit, there is court case. there is no discovery...a motion to compel does not apply

Once the judgment is final, you must file an enforcement action with the court. This is often called a “writ of execution” or “return of property order.” The court will issue a writ directing the state or its agents to return the items

WHICH AGAIN YOU FUCKING RETARD WE FUCKING DID...AGAIN YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT
