The first is a post from twitter from a person referring to himself as "ExposeBadHams" aka fccbodyguard aka Toad_is_autistic it was posted on February 7th 2018

That tweet above was directed again to Taylorville Daily News.com twitter feed. Please read what he had written.

Then on February 27th 2018 he tweeted this:

 

 

Twenty-one day's later this was posted on the website Hate and Flame

 

Exposed Bad Ham who's twitter acount is @FCCbodyguard HE HAD MOTIVE to make that threat!! He was also in communication with the FBI!!!

The person known as ExposebadHam aka fccbodyguard admitted on twitter that he visited Hate and Flame, not only that, but it seems too much of a coincidental that he was tweeting threats of me going to jail as well as school shootings. Not only did this person and his friends do this, they planned it and are still doing it.

Notice had the administrator claims that it came from my IP, the problem is when this was posted a tornado hit my town, and my neighborhood, not only knocking out the electricity, but the internet as well. This shows that the website and the administrator of that website is lying. The question you need to ask yourself, did they lie to the FBI and police as well??

 

 

These individuals have lie in the past including to twitter and twitch.tv, both listen to these individuals lies and banned me because of it.

 

 

Picture was censored due to being ACTUALLY Child Porn . But apparently this person claimed to twitter I was tweeting pictures of children's penis as well as child porn to them, when in fact I wasn't. The individual who posted this post actually child porn, and tried to frame me for it on twitter. This individual is from the Hate and Flame website. In fact it's this person KKKChick is related to one of the moderators on Hate and Flame. In fact she tried to get me kicked off Facebook. Her, along with his friends have going around the internet to every website I was and I am on, harassing me. FYI THE PICTURE IS STILL ON TWITTER, WHY HASN'T TWITTER REMOVED THAT ACTUALLY CHILD PORN FROM THEIR SITE???

They also went to Twitch.TV claiming I had or was threatening to give their personal information out,when in fact this is was also a lie. This can be proven by the streams itself, The chat logs and my chat Moderators who will confirm that these people lied. The fact is the "personal information" that was being posted by them was my posting my personal information. THEY were postin it, not me and I have control over other people.

 

 

The fact was these individuals were following me around getting me kicked off of every website I was on,by lying to them. No these individuals were posting my personal information allowing people to call me up on the phone and leaving threatening messages on the answering machine. When I banned them, they would make a new account, stating twitch couldn't do anything to stop them, because, if twitch banned their IP they could use TOR or VPN's to circumvent the banned. These people even admitted on twitter as well in my chat room on twitch.tv that's what they were doing or going to do.

 

 

 

 

 

 

My account on Facebook isn't restricted, I changed the setting so they couldn't see my post, except for the post I do allow them to see.

 

 

 

Not only that, they have directly and indirectly threatened me. not to mention the threat of having me put back in jail, and having the FBI help them.

According to administator/owner of Hate and Flame this threat came from my IP which is imposible, since Taylorville, including my neighborhood was hit a Tornado on December 1, not only knocking out the electricity but the internet as well. It is only a matter of time I am place back in jail because the local police and the FBI is too incompetent to userstand they have and are being used as a tool by this group.

According to these individuals the FBI only has one suspect, me. That why according to them the FBI refuses to return my computer. However, I have enough evidence that proves otherwise. The local police don't want to hear it because their whole focus has been on getting me, and since they like to listen to these people, it is only matter of time.

It seems now ( December 6 2018) that they are also doing some identity theft.

Tom Whatley is also the owner of ve7kfm.com which was tweeted about by FCCBodyguard. VE7KFM.com (which isn't own by VE7KFM but Tom Whatley N1FM and Brian Crow K3VR) also had those gun pictures, that was used in the threat.

 

 

Them pretending to be me trying to get me charged for trying to buy and sale child pornography, again posted when I had no internet or electricity due to a tornado hitting the town

Well first they create a derivative of my work Bug Bear poem, which is a copyright violation, then they claim all the spam and DOS attacks are coming from an IP which they claim apparently is mine. If you found this website and you look at the IP in the bar at the top you will see they are not the same IP nor am I Consolidated Communication, haven't been on their service since the early 2000's showing that these people are not being truthful and are making things up, which again, raises the question how much stuff have they told the police and FBI that isn't true. The local police seems to believe these individuals, who seem to have lie to them for years.

They were spamming the board my callsign to get me banned from the website. This after they posted "LET'S GET N9OGL ARRESTED AGAIN" and they themselves getting banned from the site.

Below is the affidavit for the 2018 warrant...I'm not a lawyer but I know that NOT how fill out a warrant.

 

 

Affidavit for a warrant must have:

 

This has NONE of that!! and for the warrant....well, it is a general warrant.

 

 

 

Search warrants that have the terms "but not limited to" are seen by the courts (like the federal courts) as a blanket warrant, and therefore a General Warrant, and thus they are deemed Unconstitutional. The second warrant, which was a federal warrant is also invalid because of two reasons 1. The federal government waited to long to get the second warrant, which was unreasonable under the "Reasonableness standard" and thus Stale, unless they asked for the delay, and they have to show very good resaon for the delay. The US Supreme Court stated that warrants even issued at six months is unreasonable. Two years is way to unresaonable. Secondly the second warrant is invaild because it relies on the idea that first search warrant to valid, which again it is not, it was a general warrant. Their "probable cause" is also based on the believe that the search warrant was valid which again it was not. I am looking to sue the City of Taylorville and the State of Illinois for 60 million dollars.

 

BTW amateur radio callsigns have no value on the internet, a NON - HAM person can use a radio callsign on the internet...it's not illegal. it's only illegal if you do it on the radio.

It is this post that might of caused the huge bond and restrictions on release all because the police are too stupid to see that the website required no login and pretending to be people is the status quo.

One final note:

Everyone has equal protection under the law, under the US Constitution. This apparently doesn't apply me. None of this would of ever happened if the police would of let me file a complaint a long time ago back in the early 2000's. I knew that this was going to happen, but the police didn't want to hear and told me to leave and never come back. The reason was the Police were going after me for Japanese Anime porn and they were claiming and still claim it child porn. Material the US Supreme Court stated was not only legal but constitutional protected speech. No one told the police the material was legal. Even Lisa Madigan (attorney general for Illinois), even the Federal Trade Commission knew that this was going on, LONG before the FBI ever got involved with this mess, but did NOTHING! This will continue as long as the police and the FBI plays these individuals little game, and my rights will continue to be violated. The police and FBI are too stupid to see that they are being played by these individuals and because of that reason these people may get their way and have me thrown in jail. If these people can do it to me, who else could they do this too?

 

One final final note. The police for a long time have shown that they don't care to know the truth, all they care about is throwning my ass in jail, because they have listen to these individuals lies and like I said above are to stupid to see that they are being used. These individuals do not want me to have internet access, they don't want me to have a ham license, and they think, the only way they fully achieve this goal is to have me thrown in jail. Everyone have the right to free speech, and the police, the State Attorney believe that they can remove my speech. I mean why do you think, they didn't want me to access to the internet, while I was still being charged and despite I never found guilty of a crime. Because they wanted to squelch my free speech. I also wouldn't be surprised that my twitter and twitch account was actually shut down by the FBI or the police, as fast as it was shut down. Like I said if they can do this to me, who else can they do this to?

REMEMBER: They threw me in jail in 2015 for stating on my website that I was going to sue them. Police, FBI and other law enforcement officers who don't give a shit about civil liberites or rights don't deserve to be cops. 42 USC 1983, 42 USC 1984 are there for a reason. there is no justice or right if police are allowed to do this.
