If they were trying to weasel, they would have just Nolle Presqui the case. Tiffany knows the motion is going to get denied and you are going to trial or plea bargain. You will be found guilty. If you do appeal, you will be in prison doing it. Like I said, you had no have no say and your lawyer is in complete control, other than GUILTY or INNOCENT. And there isn't a damn thing you can do about it.
They decide on what they are going to do the day before during a breakfast or meeting which you are not privy to and have no say. And she didn't fight it.
