Don't know that person, and I doubt the image was even on my computer. The image I am being charged for is a computer-generated image, it was found under the state's general search warrant, which again is illegal. again, I don't know image came from or if it was even on my computer, what I do know is from new evidence we received that stated that it was a computer-generated image. Again, the FBI wasn't supposed to be looking for child porn, or any images for that matter. That why the warrant was a search warrant was a general warrant, because it allowed them to rummage through all those 15 computers which had BILLIONS of documents on them.
