$6,250 isn’t realistic for retaining competent private counsel in a complex criminal case involving constitutional violations, forensic evidence, and federal-state entanglement. Most defense attorneys—especially those with the skill to handle a case like mine—require retainers well above that, often in the $10,000–$25,000 range just to begin.
I'm not refusing to hire a lawyer—I'm being priced out of justice. That’s a constitutional problem, not a personal one.

If anything, I will file a habeas corpus with the FEDERAL courts of I can find council and or I am not given council under the 6th amendment

I have no liquid assets, and the bond money available is insufficient to retain competent counsel. The court’s requirement that I use half of my bond to retain counsel—when that amount is insufficient—violates my rights under the Sixth Amendment (right to counsel), Fourteenth Amendment (equal protection and due process), and Eighth Amendment (excessive bail). I am being forced to choose between liberty and representation, which is a false and unconstitutional dilemma.

If you perhaps kept your mouth shut, you wouldn't be in the position are you now. What rational person accuses their own public defender of sucking dicks of police officers? Maybe some anger management classes and proper medication might help you with the anger issues. Don't know about your sexual urges toward children though, that might be fixable.
I don't think typing endless responses on here while you do nothing in real life is going to help you. But please, for our entertainment, keep it up.
