If my motion to suppress is not heard, and my Franks Hearing not argued then the justice system is broken and in my view the justice system DOESN'T WORK.
It not only shows the justice system is broke, but also a betrayal of constitutional safeguards. The Fourth Amendment isn’t optional. Neither is due process. If the system won’t even entertain the mechanisms designed to check abuse, then what’s left? Rubber-stamped warrants? Arrests based on anonymous tips and recycled images? That’s not justice. That’s inertia dressed up as law. it sends a chilling message: truth doesn’t matter, only narrative does.
