NOPE, I have flown ultralight and there is people who can confirm it.
that plane that was sold was a kit, the way and condition it was in is how I got it.
I few fixed wing ultralights at a private airport owned by a friend of mine. I have a number of hours in an ultralight. I do have working equipment I two power paraglider motor, one was used, the other was BRAND NEW. I also have a paraglider wing, which I can use to power paraglider or paraglide with.
